Measure snugly around your rib cage, directly under your bust. Keep the tape parallel to the floor. This gives your band number. Round to the nearest even number (30, 32, 34...).
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor and slightly loose. The difference between bust and band measurements gives your cup size.
For panties and bottoms: measure your natural waist (narrowest point) and hips (fullest point, usually 8" below waist). Always measure without clothing.
